Ellice Matsil is an accomplished marketer and strategic planner with over 20 years experience, holding senior level positions with and as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies. As principal of E. Matsil Consulting, Ellice helps clients attract more customers, improve marketing effectiveness, build incremental revenue streams and execute for profitable growth. She's worked for clients in numerous industries including beverage, fashion, technology, marketing services, entertainment and publishing.

Prior to founding E. Matsil Consulting, Ellice worked at Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc. as Senior VP New Ventures for Universal Music Group, developing an Internet strategy. Prior to that she was Senior VP Strategic Planning & New Ventures at Tropicana Beverage Group, where, in addition to global strategic planning responsibilities, she ran Tropicana Latin America and launched a new restaurant business in the U.S.

Ellice's marketing experience includes a position as VP Group Marketing Director for Scotch, where she created the first new advertising campaign for Chivas Regal. While VP Consumer Research for Seagram, she was given research oversight responsibility for the recently purchased Tropicana business where she transformed the department from an extension of the R&D group to full fledged marketing partners. Based in Paris, Ellice led the development of marketing plans for the launch of Tropicana in Europe.

Recognized in both the corporate and advertising communities, Ms. Matsil received the YWCA's Woman Achiever award and was among the youngest awarded Advertising Age's Advertising Client of the Year honor.

Ellice holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Rochester. She is a mentor in the Women's Unlimited program in New York and lives in New York City.
